Friday's classroom store was a success! As a class we did an excellent job of following the economic process. After completing this activity share with the class one thing that worked well for the classroom store and one thing you'd change. Be sure to use vocabulary that helps me know that you understand economics.
I really loved how we made posters and were free to explore other shops. We were free to buy what we want, when we want! It was awesome! But next year start eariler.
ReplyDeleteSomthing we would chang would be that we will make different kinds of air planes. Somthing we would keep the same would be the prices for our products.
ReplyDeleteSome of the things we like about the store is that we get to sit by the person or people we are selling stuff with, we get to have classroom money, and we get to buy things that people have made.
ReplyDeleteSome things we wish we could change are... that we dont get to work on our iteams at school, we dont have our store often, and we have to turn our classroom money in at the end of the store.

Their was nothing that went good everything went bad because justin and i both made zero dollars.If i could change anything for the next classroom store it would be to atleast make 2 dollars.
ReplyDeleteIf we could improve our buisness we would move it to the hallway by the office. we would move it to the front of the school because lots of people walk by there every day.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing was making the poster. I liked being creative. I would like to change the tablecloth because it did not make it look like a cart.
ReplyDeleteme and tim thoghjt of lowering the peicesdowen to one doller because there is a low deamed for the stuff at the silly store so there is a huge sale going on at the silly shop so youy want it we got it also look out for mthe silly's store averdiment on Ms hayes blog spot and come down to the silly store and the place where we sit sean keeps on yelling at me and tim were we are siting
ReplyDelete@Dakota and Justin I'm sorry you had trouble with your store. Why do you think your store had trouble selling your service? What do you think you could do to make it more successful? Can you think of another good or service you could sell?
ReplyDeleteMe and justin could sell different things that we found in our house that we don't want anymore so i was tinking I could bring in some really cool things and justin could to and we could sell those cool things and get rid of our building class.
ReplyDeleteWhat I liked about the store was that there was a variety of goods, and services. I also liked that we could make our posters and be creative! Next time I would make more of a variety of goods. All we had were jewelry, origami, pencils, and artwork. I think that next year you should start the economics unit earlier in the year!
ReplyDeleteCaden and jasmine want to now make our design-your-own ninga stars for 3. The puppy origami is now $5. the last thing caden and me want to change the price of the flapping bird for $2!
